Cancellation and Refund Policy
At ELEVATECODE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, we strive to provide high-quality software services that meet our clients’ expectations. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be issued for services provided by us.
1. Service Engagement and Payment
- All projects and service engagements begin with a formal agreement that includes project scope, timelines, deliverables, and cost. A milestone-based payment system is typically followed. By agreeing to our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
a) By the Client
- Clients may request to cancel a project or service by providing a written notice via email.
- If cancellation is requested before the project has started, a full refund (minus any processing fees) will be issued.
- If the project is already in progress, cancellation is subject to payment for work completed and resources allocated up to the date of cancellation. No refund will be issued for completed milestones or phases.
b) By the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel a project or service under rare circumstances such as:
- Non-cooperation or communication failure from the client
- Non-payment of agreed fees
- Any breach of terms by the client
In such cases, we will provide a pro rata refund for any unutilized portion of the services, if applicable.
3. Refund Policy
- All service payments are considered final and non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by incomplete inputs from the client.
- In the event of dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to communicate their concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to address the issue through revisions or support.
- Refunds, if granted, are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
4. Non-refundable Situations
- Change of mind after the project has commenced
- Project delays caused by client unavailability or lack of input
- Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or license fees purchased on behalf of the client
- Completed phases or milestones that have been signed off
